From what I see I guess this is a very bad quality rip of the original video with a different drum'n bass song in the same tempo - with a big URL label to generate PR.

The place I lived in during college had a church down the street that would literally host raves every Thursday night. You could see lights and hear music blasting from that place.

This and those other three videos are just about the funniest thing I have ever seen!
