conan - yes, interesting point. Definitely a grey area, insofar as there's no "I am ____ and I approve this message", or "paid for by ___" at the end. There was a clumsily done "viral" piece criticizing Gore which turned out to have been done on K Street and financed by Exxon. It's been taken down.

I feel somewhat afraid when I see mainstream media being infiltrated by politics in a disguised way. Where could that lead to? At least over here we sort of have a vague idea.. I don´t go into any more detail. Hmm, time to look for something more optimistic. Maybe I should head over to /cute ;-)
