Illinois Senator and 2008 Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama visits Google's Mountain View, CA, headquarters to deliver his innovation agenda, speak with Google CEO Eric Schmidt, and take questions from Google employees. This event took place on November 14, 2007, as part of the Candidates@Google series.

Cripes, I'm inspired just listening to this on a computer, can't imagine what it was like to be in the room. The guy just talks alot of sense. I prefer this kind of more intimate chat to the broader oratory of the campaign speeches. And all that stuff about using the internet to promote democracy is long overdue and hooray for his support of network neutrality.

He talks almost as much sense as Ron Paul. I could live with Obama as president - a hell of a lot more than McCain or Hillary.
