if the peds have to wait to cross until it's clear, and it's just a marked pathway, then it's the cyclists fault.
if the peds have the right-of-way regardless of the traffic conditions, then the bus should have been prepared to stop. it's clearly marked.
berticussays...if you've been to china you know that a pedestrian crossing means nothing and that crossing the street is terrifying
Selektaasays...right of way or not, pedestrians need to keep an eye out. It was pretty obvious there was no way the bus could stop in time when he started crossing.
