Burger King's marketing group staged the publicity stunt in order to capture the reaction of their customers."

Can someone verify that these are real ppl and not actors? It just seems like bad business to me that a company would get it's customers purposely agitated and even risk losing them to false rumors like "no more whoppers."

The only fast food place that has a good burger is Carl's Jr / Jack in the Box (Depending where you live). Everything else is crap.

Like coke this was brilliant marketing strategy of getting the people to actually defend your product back to you, now that builds loyalty
