rembarsays...Don't need a documentary to tell me what to think about Bumfights and their creators. Bumfights is a fucked up product of our pop culture. The people who made Bumfights have their fair share of fire and sulfur waiting for them, and Dr. Phil can piss off too.
HorsSujetsays...I see your point, Rembar, but I think the documentary has two important merits. One is that it was produced and carried by Channel4 which I think brought awareness of this problem to a different demographic than the one which would otherwise stumble across Bumfights on the Internet.
The other one is that it gives all parties, particularly the "bums" a chance to state their cases and explain what their experiences and motivations were at the time. It fleshes out a richer picture of all the participants, and is thereby only more damning to the filmmakers.
By the way, Dr. Phil doesn't appear in this. The person in the video icon is a journalist.

I actually thought the video was interesting and watched the whole thing.
