i heard "precious" -- lord of the rings? and i thought that "they're here" might be from signs...

"I'll Have what she's having." - When Harry Met Sally (second to the last quote ... last quote being another "Are you talking to me?")

I assumed "their here" was a Poltergeist reference

The first word said is "Pierre!", from Singin' in the Rain
"Pay the man his money" is from Rounders
the man carrying the little boy into the dining room is a reference to Bob Cratchet and Tiny Tim (A Christmas Carol)
the painting on the wall in the living room is a Monet from The Thomas Crown Affair
and I can't be sure, but at :25, that looks like a Chucky Doll (Child's Play) in the background, left side of screen.
