I've seen a few recorded concerts by Billy Joel and he is one hell of a live performer. Maybe this is Billy in his prime.

Billy Joel just called. He was just minutes from going on stage for his huge return to show business, but he'd seen how poorly this video was doing on VS and threw in the towel. "I'll try again in 2016", Joel said as he paused for a moment to *discard his dreams.
