nandithebullthe biker is DEFINITELY at fault here. He was going the wrong way on a one way street!!! I am a bicyclist and realize that I'm a moving vehicle, too. I am subject to the same rules of the road as any other moving and potentially dangerous vehicle. The man may have been in the slight wrong for not using a cross walk, but the biker was arrogant and careless.
therealblankmanAs a cyclist I gotta say fault is split about 90/10 cyclist/pedestrian.
TymbrwulfAs the brother of a lawyer: Ultimately because the bicyclist is operating a dangerous vehicle and is doing so recklessly, he is held to a higher standard.

Barring a few complicated details which he didn't want to go into
kymbosyeah, case closed.
GenjiKilpatrickI like how he loudly states:
"he wasn't using a crosswalk, it cancels out. it's okay."
..as if everyone remembers that clause from their driver's ed manual. =]
ReefieWhat we've learned here is that two wrong actions cancel each other out... That can't be right can it?!
StingrayThey both fell down and went boom.
