Tom Leppard, a retired British soldier, got 99.2% of his body tattooed. (Left alone: ear canals and the skin between his toes.) He has lived like that in a remote area of Scotland since 1987, stopping in at the pub occasionally for a pint. Yes, he's a nutter, but he's a brave and original one.

Better to get one of those Polynesian or Jap tats done with bamboo stiles that would make folks think you were a bad-ass instead of a whacked-out kitty-boy......nutter is mild terminology to describe this cat's condition......drinking from streams is a good indication that this fella, well, c'mon, a stream in Scotland???
