Dominos guy delivers a pizza to a house full of stoners. When he's offered a little treat, he doesn't want to portray an unfriendly image to his company he works for.

I've definitely smoked out more than one pizza guy. And the bob marley flag is 'obvious' because they really ARE everywhere.

Yeah, same goes for Pizza Hut drivers -- I was one, and got smoked out in lieu of tips more often than I care to remember. In retrospect, I'd have preferred the tips, getting high made work seem to last FOREVER.
