I actually had a random memory of watching this show recently.

Specifically, I remembered one episode where the geek-cop summoned Automan by typing "AUTOMAN" on a cash register.

Yes, it really was an awesome show. At least, I remember thinking Automan's car looked pretty awesome.

Wow, I haven't thought about that show in a long, long time. Thanks for the reminder. Those were good times.

Ahhh memories... best bit was always when automan did 90degree turns in his car with the cop in the passenger seat.
