I don't understand what the big deal is. THis is raw footage which is in the news. It cannot be viewed as comedy by anyone unless the subtitles are overtly hilarious. This is not what was done here. It wasn't an attempt to be funny, it isn't funny, there is not comedian here.

Unless you think life in general is funny.. And the truth about how obsurd life is.. But it just isn't in this case.
