OK deathcow, what's the ruling? Does she get to re-tee without penalty? Does she take a one stroke penalty, or is it loss of hole if she's playing match play? I believe she has to play it where it lies, without penalty. We need a rules official over here.

Snooze, the judges and I have convened and the only requirement we have is that she killed it, she has to eat it.

If it were the first tee, she should be playing the "dignity rule" anyhow. Unlimited mulligans till you hit a good one, so you can leave the first tee with dignity intact.
