Someone please explain to me the logic in voting against this... no really. Just calling it "political" really doesn't sit well...

Holy shit!

The amendment doesn't even ban the practice of binding arbitration for rape. It just says the government won't purchase the services of companies who do so.

How can we expect companies to turn a profit if we don't allow a little rape once in a while?

Does the amendment only contain language against rape, or does it include RAPE-rape also?
