archchefsays...This made me wonder about something I have always thought about. If every one sees colors the same. I mean, If what I consider the color black for instance, is what every one else sees and associates with "black". I mean, If I grew up and every one called what I see as green, red and what I see as red, green. Then I would never know the diffrence would I?
mauz15says...Oh mr. archchef is getting philosophical
choggiesays...Had an interesting discussion with a kid blind from birth, he was 8 or 9 and I was 10, The subject was how he could know what colors were other than their names, because he had never seen them...Then we agreed on black being the same for both of us kinda, cause that's what we both saw with our eyes not receiving light. We were still confused.
ILostMyPasswordRagarnoksays...I just love how they throw crazy stuff around in the begining that's just not how synesthesia work (by the way 10% of the population are synesthestis...synesthesiacs...whatever)
silvercordsays...My understanding is that Peter Gabriel has synethesia. It would figure listening to his music and lyrics.
