I did read once that Pauline did in fact blow off some of his fingers once while building/testing one of his contraptions. Thankfully, he never let it slow him down in creating his beautiful monstrosities.

I understand the fascination the builders have in designing and building all the robots and machinery, but don't understand the audience's interest. And I've know about SRL for years, and keep checking them out once in while.

This is amazing. Issy and I might have to plan a SF road trip to see this.
