YT: This is the 2nd Speech Dr. Paul gave from the floor of the House of Representatives on December 10th, 2008. He advises his fellow Representatives that unless they get serious and examine the unchecked power of the FEDERAL RESERVE and overall monetary policy, our Republic is facing serious consequences.

Fractional Reserve Banking is the 500lb rabid gorilla in the room. Good luck getting any economists to try and tackle it, let alone Congress.
