When you call a structure that was supposed to promote traffic efficiency a "mixing bowl", something has gone horribly, horribly wrong from an engineering perspective.

fireflysays...ah, the Big Dig. Our corporate headquarters are in Bedford, MA not too far from Boston. We've heard plenty of horror stories from our partners up there!
