I'm loving it too, although it does have a few problems.

First, it's ridiculously easy. I'm playing on hard and I've ended up playing metagames to keep the challenge (i.e. no guns for clearing bases, knife and arrows only).

Second, the UI is awful. Crafting syringes is a pain in the arse. Everytime you craft a syringe you don't have equipped it asks you if you want to assign it a slot. Also once you've crafted all the holsters etc, you're probably carrying around half a rucksack of useless animal hides and good luck trying to sell them easily (double click on animal hide, confirm, repeat ad nauseam).

Finally, even though they've implemented looting there's no real reward for it. You end up with a few trinkets, and about $10 or so each time (while you've got about 10 grand in your wallet and nothing to spend it on, because you own all the guns).

But these are nit-picks. It's great fun, there are some memorable characters ("watch out for Vaas, he'll enslave your arse!") and the environment is just stunning.

Although I will say it's turned me into an ecological disaster. I was swimming out to an island and I say a manta ray. Did I stop to admire this majestic animal?

It is only physically possible to keep two of those promises at the same time. Romney would have to break at least one of them -- either his promise to stuff dollars into the pockets of billionaires, his promise not to raise taxes on working- and middle-class people, or his promise not to explode the deficit.

Personally I think the only promise he'd keep is to the rich. He'd raise taxes on the poor and blow up the deficit, just so he can maximize the amount of looting rich people get to do.

I like Yahtzee but honestly it's becoming very tiring having to accept that he's only willing to review games on his "terms".

He's made it repeatedly clear that he never plays online, not co-op and not competitive. Which means he played this game alone, which is very much a possibility but obviously not a proper way to review a game specifically designed for co-op.
He refuses to acknowledge any amount of effort put into the development of types of features he doesn't enjoy (but that a ton of other players do), and instead of at least giving credit where it's due he ignores those aspects completely.

Borderlands has always been about loot, Borderlands 2 does this EXTREMELY well but he couldn't give a rat's ass.
It's like letting someone review DOTA and hearing him complain about the lack of a proper plot and that just generally he hates RTS games (or however the hell you'd define DOTA).

There's more to reviewing games than just saying what you like and what you don't, especially when your taste is super-specific.

What's the stuff about 'reclaiming their homeland'? I thought they were just going for the loot.

-he mentions classes can switch between two weapon sets on the fly. Only three of the eight classes let you do this. But the other classes more than make up for it.
-he also says that in crafting each item is created at half the speed of the previous. That should be twice the speed of the previous. If it took 2 seconds to craft a green log into a green plank, the next would take 1 sec, the next 1/2 second, the next 1/4, etc. He gets the point across, just used the wrong verbiage.
Great gameplay, customizability for your character, copious items (the game really dumps a lot of loot on you), balanced gameplay, and best of all? No monthly fee.

Only 3? Aren't the only ones that can't Engineer and Elementalist and both of them have ways to switch to new skills sets just in different ways.
