I am curious to hear why you think holding RP responsible for this newsletter is different than putting Obama's feet to the fire over, say, Reverend Wright or Bill Ayers.

In the interest of fostering a proper discussion instead of a focus on a cherry-picked selection...

I don't condone over the top rhetoric. If I had a TV show, I probably would not be using a phrase like 'shoot in the head'. Just isn't the way I roll. However, it is a patently false accusation to say that Beck was telling people to shoot "his opponents" in the head.

Quite clearly the context of his quote dismisses such an interpretation.

1. He's talking about left-wing "radicals" and "revolutionaries" - people who are determined, dyed-in-the-wool left extremists who have and still have never renounced their proclaimed determination to bring about a revolution, by violence if necessary. Guys like Van Jones and Bill Ayers and their ilk.

2. Then he's talking about conservatives like himself that you are going to have to shoot in the head to stop them from speaking about the founders & conservative ideals.

3. Then he's talking about Democrats who have supposedly 'co-opted' these radicals as allies in order to advance leftist, liberal causes. And he gives them a warning that - like conservatives - you're going to have to shoot them in the head before the stop fighting for what they believe in - or they just might turn on their former allies and shoot them when 'the revolution' comes as the radicals define it.

If you're going to bring up a topic, at least do it accurately.

This video is very important - demonstrates Robert Gibbs' talent and skill with handling media, and why it was a no-brainer for him to be Obama's Press Secretary.

On the air, Gibbs challenged Hannity's attempts to associate Obama with a terrorist because Obama once served on a charitable board with Ayers. Gibbs countered that not only did the board also consist of Republican McCain supporters, Hannity himself had hosted Andy Martin who had previously made anti-Semitic remarks. Amidst contentious debate, Gibbs argued that, if Hannity's claim that Obama is a terrorist due to an association with Ayers is accurate, one would then have to accept that Hannity is an anti-semite because of his association with Martin.

At least this guy actually worked for a living before getting into politics, unlike Hussein boy. Running around with coward mcbombers like Bill Ayers does get tiring, though, I'm sure.

A nice change of pace from the fking crybabies liberals have been the past 8 years, including trying to sabotage war efforts.

You might be over thinking it... I really feel like he just meant under the terms that she was using to apply the word 'terrorist' to Bill Ayers...

He is basically just saying as she has applied it to Ayers does she also apply it to abortion clinic bombers... and as has been mentioned she dancing around without really answering the question at all.

Adding the word "innocent" certainly changes the tone of her message. Does that mean she thinks anybody in an abortion clinic is not innocent? She is so good at skirting the question. I don't think she's given a solid answer yet.

A terrorist is not a terrorist.

There's a difference between Bill Ayers and Osama bin Laden, but can be called "terrorists" and therefore linked easily together. They are not near the same level.

I had no idea Hussein Obama and his seventh wife hate white people, think we're trash, and want to set Bill Ayers as the Secretary of Terrorism so we can abort babies and build mosques upon the graves of our Forefathers.

I must be out of the loop.

More specifically, Bill Ayers works as a professor at U of I in Chicago, where hes a Professor of Education, (as-in he researches how to effectively teach students). Obama was a Professor at the Law School at U of I Chicago. They also lived in the same neighborhood. Ayers has worked to help shape Chicago's Public Education system, and is also on the board of some education reform and anti-poverty foundations.

Bill Ayers is an acquaintance of Obama who is an important character in Chicago liberal society. EVERYBODY there knows him, but that doesn't make them all terrorists.
