Converse to the opinion we simply tagged Ray's name on the film, Ray was indeed quite involved; he had final approval on all creative aspects of the film, including character design, script and VFX.
Would'nt be right any other way; the man is, well, Ray Harryhausen, right? Who would'nt want him to have a say?
