I like the hybrid system, imagine if it could be used as a sort of electronic NOS system? That would add a HUGE strategy element to the race. I could be interested in watching a few of this years races now.

IcksterYeah, these guys are full-time team mechanics. Pit crewing is just what they do during the time the cars are on the track. And during all of the practices. Frankly, they are probably somewhat underpaid given the hours they work and how important they are to the overall success of the team.
