I just went by the FAQ:

If a newer submission's video is a clip of content found within an existing post, it will be considered a duplicate unless it meets both these criteria:

The original post is at least 15 minutes in length
The original post is at least 3 times longer than the clip

For some reason when I put a thumbnail on a video from FOD sometimes the video goes away. If you reload the embed it will be fine.

That was not only wrong--it broke the rules. I was supposed to watch the entire video first. I saw the same house and the same lights and jumped the gun. For example--someone could have edited the same video with a person jumping out and yelling, "Boo!" Even though it would be almost the same--it would not be a dupe.

Is there a way I could search for vids that have been dupof'ed which have never gotten the isdupe? I noticed a couple of old dupes the other day which never were completed.
