Such a sad tale of complete and utter failure at every level of state for Colorado. Prosecutors tried to give the jury anything, that could provide and also be used against this, once, young and sane man to convict anyone (as it sounds) that fell into their gunsights.

Hardly any effort went into his defense (mostly because either the judge or prosecution allowed very little to be fought against--even the outright ridiculous claims OR claims that could be outright REFUTED...) as the state had found it's "poster boy"...

What a sick joke. It is so disheartening to know this is real and certainly not the worst to have happened (or happening) in this country...and across this world. To create mental illness in someone and then when said mental illness "bites back" and they use it for "whatever evidence" they need to keep him in solitary (without any treatment, even though multiple doctors have told the state he desperately needs it) and worse they use the illness to "strengthen" their age old case with evidence that is completely inadmissible.

What a sad story... "Out of Sight, Out of Mind", is a perfect title for this circus act.

Can you link to the recording of Martin's phone call? All I've found is the girlfriend reciting it and quotations of her reciting it. It wouldn't seem like something they'd have a recording of unless they tapped some other resource monitoring an existing wiretap or something.

Obama isnt the reason there is 18% unemployment right now. Get real. Obama came into office in the middle of an epic economic crisis, and has been doing damage control from day 1. Sure, perhaps he could have done more, or done it differently, but I very much doubt he, or anyone else, could have turned the ship around in a little over a year. The high unemployment rate is a result of DECADES of political neglect and economic mismanagement, One of Bush'es specialities, by the way.

Which brings us to the theme of presidents making inappropriate jokes, do you remember that little war that Bush started in '03, the one in Iraq? Yeah, of course you do, because 7 years later, theres still no end in sight. But do you remember if Bush ever told us why he had to start that war? Yup, thats right: Weapons of Mass Destruction, those very same WMD's Bush pretended not to find at this dinner a year later, after thousands of soldiers and civilians had been killed on his order to go find them. Now THAT is how you make a sick joke.

JJ is a good friend, he's always friendly to me no matter how many racist, pedophile, sick jokes I manage to pull off and I am eternally grateful for it. He's a guy who sometimes is overly sensitive to some issues - as we've seen in talks about burdturgler's subdomain name, but don't hold that against him - bringing forth an argument should be encouraged even if it's not popular. A bit of background info on the name of the "game". It is called Plumbers Don't Wear Ties because only plumbers get the hot chicks in the end, and "suits" or in this case "Ties", you know, the bosses, are all psychopaths.... but, this "plumber" is not really a plumber as such (the ones that fix drains) because he is wearing a tie and is posing as a plumber who rescues chicks from "ties" because he knows this fact that plumbers get all the chicks and chicks think all plumbers are good guys. Sooooo, this girl is fucked (both kinds)either way because she gets sucked in and what you didn't see, is the rape and torture that followed once he got her home and in to his dungeon. So in the end, the game is a sick joke and you are the fool because no matter what you can not save the girl.

EDIT: This also explains why our "plumber" is waiting in the car park all that time... he is a predator!

For a game that's been roughly 10 years in the making (or more) Duke looks ridiculously unpolished. I still think the whole game is a lie they've been telling people as some kind of sick joke on the gaming community.

Not from where I'm sitting... maybe if he lets us in on the proceedings of those secret international Bilderberg meetings he attends... then and only then will he have restored his credibility. Here you see him playing his part of the divide and conquer philosophy of the NWO as it relates to the United States. He plays Red..
