So We’re All In Agreement

moonsammy says...

I find it so bizarre that it went down this way. If the bulk of congressional Rs don't like the idea of having Social Security and Medicare sunset, maybe they should have been vocal in pushing back on Rick Scott's proposal? Their relative silence on that front effectively proved Biden's original point, so to react so strongly to his statement seems silly. But then, the party stopped behaving seriously years ago, opting for culture war nonsense over actual impactful policy.

That’s all there was. The only censorship was at Trump’s request, obvious since he ran the government during the time in question, and only the government can actually censor.

What did you get? I bet you the dinner you still owe me whatever you say is the big problem isn’t actually in there. I know for certain you didn’t read it and just accept what liars told you about it.

More projection. Don’t act the fool because you’re frustrated every talking point you repeat is proven to be a lie.
There’s absolutely no question among readers here which of us has cranial rectosis, which is narrow minded, and which is a pinhead….hint, it’s the same one who said BLM staged Jan 6, Mr Pelosi had a lovers spat with his MAGA boyfriend not a violent political attack, and Covid is totally fake news, just a cold, no need for any action at all.

Goo goo ga ga waaah!

FYI, MORE stolen classified documents found at Trump’s properties…..gets better, this classified information was copied to a Trump aid’s laptop…another MAJOR felony, and indicator that not only does he STILL have MORE stolen classified state secrets, he’s clearly STILL not keeping them secure as required by law even if he had them legally, which he does not…and has definitely sold/traded some with foreign powers like he tried to with the national archives.

Today is interesting….
1.)a federal judge said in her official ruling that guilty insurrectionists WERE acting on Trump’s orders to “stop the steal”, which meant disrupt congress in their constitutional duties. That officially makes him a seditious insurrectionist.
2.) his deposition in the Eugene Carrol case is so full of perjury and contradiction it will be a miracle if he’s not charged. He actually claimed he’s never once touched a woman without prior consent….as if we hadn’t seen all the videos.
3.) in his pre deposition he was shown a photo of Carrol, who he’s repeatedly said he didn’t rape only because she’s “not his type”, but when he saw the photo he said “that’s my beautiful ex wife, Marla”. D’oh!
What a tool. Where’s your messiah now? (Hint, it’s a courtroom somewhere).

Edit: and, on Toth Senchal, he fully admitted stealing classified documents from the whitehouse because he liked the colorful folders. Another flailing explanation that contradicts his other flailing explanations without being a defense.
Still no defense to refusing to turn them over and lying about having them when asked by the archives, when they were demanded by the archives, or about actively hiding them when the FBI searched for them repeatedly, finding more every time everywhere they searched. 🤦‍♂️
Also no explanation for Giuliani claiming he was routinely instructed to take top secret documents home despite not having security clearance to see them and not having a secure place to store them at home.

A Definitely True Message From George Santos

Hold on there nutjob….

I 100% agree the ball was completely dropped by Dems who should have made an issue of this in Oct, knowing the right wouldn’t because they say facts and honesty are only for liberals. Had they discovered this immoral scam directly from the RNC before the election, Dems would have kept the house.

But it’s not the job of the opposition to discover the lies their opponent tells, nor their fault for not uncovering lies told by candidates and backed by their party. It’s the person who lies and those that knowingly corroborate their lies that are to blame, they are in the wrong, not the Democrats. You would blame the victim for not discovering the unbelievable crime beforehand, and accept no blame as the willing accomplice. Do you blame home invasion victims for not having security doors and bullet proof windows, armed security, and panic rooms? Oh wait….you actually do (Pelosi)

It took more than a scratch of the surface because Republican representatives and RNC officials totally knowingly supported and corroborated the lies with big grins, never saying a word despite knowing he was completely full of shit and not caring one bit they were lying to their constituents because honesty is not a righty feature, they didn’t just lie to the left, they did this to you, lying to you and making you their sucker intentionally for power. You don’t care, because it gains your team power and you like being lied to, and no amount of criminality and dishonesty is a deal breaker for you….absolutely nothing could make you upset that you belong to a terrorist anti American party of crooks and frauds, not even when they call to repeal the constitution and eliminate voting.
If Democrats perpetrated this kind of fraud you would be apoplectic, totally enraged and calling for another insurrection, but they never have and never would because their constituents care about honesty, facts, and ethics unlike the right.

You love to “both sides” every time your side gets caught pulling fraud after fraud after fraud after fraud after fraud after fraud after fraud after fraud after fraud, but you NEVER come up with examples of anything close to the scope and immorality of the Republicans. I show you a dozen concerted efforts by campaigns and elected officials to defraud elections on massive, 10000 votes and more scale, you come back with one woman who cast a single provisional ballot in Texas after officials cleared her to vote and say “both sides”.

Democrats aren’t perfect, but 98% of corruption, fraud, outright lies, self dealing, etc is on the Republican side, and 100% of yes to big money in politics, 100% of domestic terrorism, 100% of anti democracy sentiment, 100% of child sex abuse, 100% of calls to rescind the constitution is on the right. Or as you say….both sides.

Where were the Dems opo research?
A mild scratch of the surface and all this would come out.

That being said he should be kicked out. But Rep's will not do such a thing because they need him to hold the majority.

Sad to see that our government is so corrupt and standards so low. This is on both sides.

the agency is overseen by the Capitol Police Board. Several congressional committees also oversee the agency, including the House and Senate appropriations committees, the House administration commitee and the Senate rules committee.
The Capitol Police Board is made up of the House and Senate sergeants-at-arms, as well as the Capitol architect. The Capitol Police chief serves in a non-voting capacity on the board, according to the Capitol Police website.
Pelosi was not a chair or administrator of any committee supervising the Capitol Police at the time of the insurrection. She's not listed on any of those committees' websites today, either.

So….Who is in charge of calling up the national guard? Governors or the president. DC has no governor…so just the guy with foreknowledge….Trump. Derp. You know you can google this shit, right? Doing just that would end your nonsensical loaded questions that only display your unbelievable ignorance.

Why wasn’t enough done? Because Trump personally countermanded any requests for more security ahead of time, and ignored calls for help during the coup because he was part of it, having proven foreknowledge of exactly what his well armed violent stormtroopers were there for.

But Republicans refused an independent investigation after calling for one because Trump said “no”, and MAGA refused to be part of a bipartisan investigation, but real Republicans ARE on the committee, it IS bipartisan, just no treasonous cultists that were complicit in the failed coup. Cry me a River treason boy.

Now, about that treasonous moronic stupid spoiled whore, the traitor Ashley Babbitt. She sure did get exactly what every traitorous anti democracy anti America MAGgot inside the building deserved. I know you agree.

This guy had foreknowledge and didn't do enough. Why.

A Few Key Moments From The Jan 6 Committee

Trumps entire campaign staff were Russian spies. They all went to jail. He appointed a Russian spy to national security advisor. The list of his cons, grifts, and scams is too long to even list here.
Also, trump said on live tv that George Washington had airplanes.

For @bobknight33
Brian Prichard. Republican candidate for speaker of the house in Georgia, proponent of the big lie(s) of vote fraud in 2020 and 2022, and convicted felon thief and counterfeiter, voted in Georgia 9 times while on probation for his felonies….which is a crime, possibly 9 more felonies.
Every accusation is an admission.
Not the only Republican representative found guilty of vote fraud…as you well know.

Of course, since he’s Republican, he won’t see prison for intentionally fraudulently voting 9 times, unlike the Democrat who was told by the elections department and poll workers she was eligible, never saw or heard anything different, and was still sentenced to 5 years in prison for voting provisionally while on probation ONCE.

Of course, all the false cases in Florida have been tossed out as pure political theater since they were set up by the DeSantis government with the intent of using them as political tools….more politicization of the legal system by righties. That’s why he exempted from his sweep multiple right leaning counties missed by the hurricane but not ANY left leaning areas directly hit by the hurricane.

More vote fraud, which is 99.96% from MAGA righties….and their representatives personally. Hard to claim election security is a cause for you when you are violating election security constantly, sometimes to the tune of tens of thousands (like the actual successfully prosecuted mass ballot harvesting schemes….perpetrated by republicans in Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and bigly in the state of N Carolina (Mark Harris during the 2016 general and 2018 primary elections whose campaign collected thousands of ballots and voted for himself) and elsewhere.)

There you go bob. Posted where YOU can’t just discard it again….accidentally of course.

How Trump Is Playing Kamala Harris Like A Video Game

newtboy says...

Since birth. Trump feels threatened constantly, every single day, by every person he meets. It’s obvious. (Insecurity is linked to mental health conditions such as narcissism, anxiety, paranoia, and addictive or dependent personalities….sound familiar?)

His personality is one of pure insecurity.

Seriously, when has Trump NOT felt threatened by anyone?

That’s why he demands total compliance, fawning, adulation, and 100% public agreement or you’re his next target.….he can’t stand it if anyone disagrees with him about anything, or doesn’t give him preferential treatment, or isn’t puckered enough to kiss his unwiped ass.

The fact that he expects everyone else to compromise for him, but can’t fathom the reverse also indicates clinical insecurity.

That’s why he insisted people only get to know what he claims about himself….no tax disclosures, no financial disclosures, no putting his holdings into a blind trust, no registering as an agent for multiple hostile foreign powers (like Russia, N Korea, Saudi Arabia, and China, all of which helped “fund his presidency” (by which I mean bribed his family to the tune of multiple billions in return for classified information, preferential treatment, and ignoring treaties (like our obligation by treaty to give a strong, even nuclear military response to aggressive expansion in Ukraine.))). He’s terrified people will hate him if they know him.

That’s how people who feel constantly threatened act, not strong, secure people, but weak insecure people act that way, buddy. That you guy. That you pick. A cowardly baby conman who is anti constitution, anti democracy, and anti American….just like his cultists.
Your cowardly silence since the election is just more evidence. Where’s your red tsunami I was pissing into? Where’s the bravado and certitude? Where’s the unearned vitriol and threats? All evaporated in a puff of reality.

Can you now comprehend the fact that you live in an echo chamber, so you only hear other MAGA Cons and convince yourself that, because the majority of people you talk to support Trump insanity, the majority of Americans do…but in fact your tight little group are the only ones left believing the lies but few outside the cult will stoop to talk to you anymore (it not a pleasant experience) so you rarely hear contradiction (except from me, I still tell you the truth despite your constant denials of it, you’re welcome).

Can you comprehend now that Americans aren’t buying what the Cons and Chump are selling….(loss of freedoms, loss of bodily autonomy, loss of social security and Medicare, an end to investments in America or Americans, loss of direction, and a likely loss of democracy)…and that was reflected in the vote? A vote that all precedent showed would be heavily red but was not because Trump’s candidates were horrific and insulting….Hershel Walker!?! WTF, man. Even you must see he’s just unacceptable….he’s literally criminally insane (diagnosed with multiple personalities and other impairments, and repeatedly tried to murder people including his own family) and has lost contact with reality.

So, today, Trump’s lawyers were sanctioned for filing frivolous lawsuits for Trump, likely to be disbarred. This is just the first of 11 plaintiffs sueing over the same frivolous lawsuit that the judge has already determined was filed in 100% bad faith with no evidence or crime as pure political theater, abusing the courts and defendants. She’s still facing well over $1 million in damages.

Also today, Trump admitted to allegedly abusing his federal powers to interfere in the Florida election in 2018. He’s saying this to 1) add fuel to his “elections are full of fraud” lie (no fraud found) and 2) to claim DeSantis couldn’t win without his interference, so definitely shouldn’t be the nominee.
So far it sounds like this is another pure tantrum lie from Trump, with no evidence he sent federal agents to “secure” any election in Florida. It is another indicator that he will abandon all rule of law if given another chance, and will illicitly interfere in elections.

Also, thin skinned snowflake Musk is driving Twitter into the ground quickly, driving off users, driving off advertising, firing critical staff, losing his executives, turning verification into a receipt for $8 and nothing else then losing his mind over parody pages, banning even clearly labeled parody, going full perma-ban over his hurt feelings, something he said he would outlaw when he bought it, tried but failed to bring back Trump. Sell your Tesla, he still owes over $40 billion, and all his money is Tesla stock, so he needs to take over $40 billion in cash out of his EV money pit to pay for the other unprofitable business he’s actively destroying at light speed.

Not very smart of Trump to attack the judge hearing his NY case while that judge is considering who will essentially take over the Trump organization, stopping it from fleeing the state with its assets before they are all forfeit.
I feel like that might bite him in the ass….hard.
In the order, the judge noted persistent misrepresentations in every one of the financial disclosure documents reviewed, which was every one from 2011-2021 and is installing the independent monitor to “ensure there is no FURTHER fraud or illegality..” and “defendant’s other arguments (are) unavailing and non dispositive” (another way to say they’re nonsensical bullshit and overruled). Not good when the judge has decided already that there are absolutely criminal acts this early in the case….I guess he should have offered a defense.

Also not so bright to not offer any defense at all….but there really is no defense for the unprecedented bank, wire, and tax fraud the case has proven conclusively Trump committed repeatedly with no contradiction of that fact.

It was very bright to settle the lawsuit this week that had been brought by peaceful protesters from during Trump’s first campaign who were beaten up by his security outside of Trump tower about 7 years ago. It sounds like the jury was picked and his “lawyers” realized they all hated Trump and might award hundreds of millions. The settlement isn’t public yet, but it was enough for all plaintiffs to accept it immediately, and it’s another admission of guilt by Trump, who’s losing so much we might get tired of him losing (not likely).
