Er, uh, WTF? This is what Youtube reveals (love their title "Deluded Insane hippie")

"I have no idea what this is supposed to be, if I recall correctly this is a clip of a videotape that had been circulating in the underground tape trading scene of the early 90s, often popping up on public access cable. Apparently it's a proposal of some movie that the hippie in the video had wrote and he's looking for funding for his freak out. If anyone has ANY idea what this is and where to find more info, please comment this video."

One of the very first mistakes I made when Videosift was brand new was promote my friends and I public access show The OutCrowd. FINALLY, I get to show you guys how silly we were when we were little sifters... :-)
