Yeah...well it was originally posted 14 hours ago...about midnight on the west coast...not an ideal time since most people in the U.S. are "nodding" off by then.

me too...I like how towards the end he tries to play it off like he is paying attention by nodding his head in agreement as he comes out of one of his naps.

The former U.S. president was spotted nodding off during a church ceremony honouring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Cameras clearly caught Clinton drifting off into dreamland before being startled awake in the middle of a speech.

It's probably a good way to wake up when you're nodding off at the wheel on those long drives....

Personal anecdote: Right before I went to bootcamp (Navy) in 1987 I saw Yes in concert during their 'Big Generator' tour. They had no opening act, but they ran a couple of cartoons before they started. They showed two cartoons: One was a Popeye cartoon, which I found ironic because I was joining the Navy, and the second was this cartoon. When the ether scene started the crowd EXPLODED into cheers and applause. Therefore I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this cartoon is a classic amongst the heads, which comprised at least 50% of the audience, including me, but I was clean at the time because I wanted to make sure I had no dope in my piss before I went to bootcamp.

If you didn't nod off reading that, I hope you understand the special significance this cartoon has for me.

I tracked down the story behind this video. The guy not only survived, but he walked away from the accident and filed his own accident report before going home at the end of his shift.

He was a cab driver for Yellow Cab of Huntington, W.Va. The driver was heading west on Interstate 64 early one Sunday morning when he nodded off, veered right into a guard rail and then careened back across the highway, with the car landing on its roof in the median strip (from an article in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette).
