I'm certain I've heard this song at least 100 times as NIN has always been one of my favorites, and there were quite a few sounds in there which I'd never identified. Time to crank up a high quality version on some decent headphones...

I remember when he did that. I'm a Vandals and Devo fan, as well as Perfect Circle, NIN -- yeah, pretty much any band he plays with is in my faves list. Josh Freese is a legend!

The only music I remember from any Marvel movie is the soundtrack from Guardians and the excellent use of NIN's "We're in this together" from the first Avengers trailer.

You're absolutely correct. I loved that you could put the game disc into a standard cd player and just listen to the NIN soundtrack. Being a fan of the band and FPS games, Quake was absolutely the shit. So many hours put into it, at least up until Unreal came out.

Greetings to you in Columbus from Canton. Ohio does have a decent rock history beyond just the rock hall... Chrissie Hynde, DEVO, Trent Reznor (technically from PA, but his NIN project started in Cleveland, so I count him as Ohio), Marilyn Manson, and Black Keys just to name ones off the top of my head... John Legend... of course there's also Dean Martin but he's not rock... I know there's more... I was last in Columbus for the 4th of July for the Columbus Crew game that day.

Heh.. yeah, the funny part is that I DO still go to concerts in my 30s -- I'm setting the alarm to pick up those Tool tickets the next morning after a late show like in the video -- even though I identify with all the stuff in the vid.

NIN was a great show, I saw them recently as well.

I went to see NIN and Queens of the Stone Age just two weeks ago. It was epic, and I'm 36. If I hadn't had my hand in a cast, I'd have been taking names in the moshpit too, which I will do next month at Beastwars!
