I’m not rich, I’m stable. We have no debts, property taxes of only $1250, and I grow over 50% of our food. As for alternatives for mine clearance. I'm not a military expert, but I believe there are techniques, equipment, tools or vehicles that can be used to reduce the risk to operators.
