I think for me, I grew up listening to the album version for years before I saw the movie, so I'm kind of partial to it. I have noticed folks (me included) tend to gravitate towards the first version of a song they hear and mildly like or even hate other versions, even if the other version was the original recording.

Damn, I always respected her for carrying her weight when there were hardly any female cast members on SNL. Like her or not, she's in some of the classic sketches with Phil Hartman, Jon Lovitz, Etc. That must've been tough, except that apparently she wasn't just playing the ditz character, the show was playing her.

I don't know how that rumor got started, but if you check out snopes.com they confirmed that Jamie Lee Curtis is not a hermaphrodite. I'm not sure how they confirmed that...maybe they took Jon Lovitz's testimony.

That's Eiko Koike, by the way. She married a pro-wrestler just last year.

This gives me mixed feelings... I appreciate seeing anyone, or anything, getting to cop a feel like that, but one of the few things I dislike about Japanese TV is the use of chimps. Thankfully, they've seemed to stop it this past year, though.

All it needs is Jon Lovitz yelling, "Edgy!"
