my golden retriever used to cause similar shockwaves all the time, and our reactions were remarkably similar. seeing a fart's power before you can smell it is terrifying.

This is not normal behaviour at all.
Typically when a female faints she brings the back of her hand to her forehead and collapses in a backwards motion.



Point well taken. That explains my golden retriever (female) doing a back flip into the faint position.

Some years ago my aunt and uncle taught their golden retriever to bring in the paper when they let her out in the morning. A few days later they found every paper from the neighborhood had been brought to their door.

Looks like a small Great Dane/Golden Retriever mix, but I don't have my glasses on right now, so I may be wrong.

mmm...salty. But what's with the peanut butter? Does that have something to do with your golden retriever?
