Not the graphics... the animation. Frankly it looks like someone did the animation in garrys mod and ported it over. It looks nothing close to realistic. And the fact that this is pretty much a 10 minute deathmatch with custom camera makes it even more a waste of time.
You do realize this is just recorded with a little after-effects? So what you are seeing is essentially ingame material.
