Pink Floyd - One of These Days
... aaaaaand now I'm listening to the album.
I just got given out to for the song leaving an itch unscratched, but for me it's the positive version of being more-ish, with the only antidote being the next tune, and the next...
Floyd are drugs made music. Puns intended. Meddle is very much my drug of choice.

Pink Floyd - Learning To Fly
Because we are voting on good or bad videos and content - I'm personally going to down-vote this on the basis that it ads nothing to the music at all, and is just a blatant film-reel promoting this model.
This video is here primarily to promote the model.
as are all of the videos from the YT creator.
Also, I'm guessing the music is poached without license.
So it's not associated with Pink Floyd themselves.
Pink Floyd Clare Torry "The Great Gig in the Sky" interview
Pink Floyd talks about Clare's singing on the song at the 25 min mark.
Pink Floyd Clare Torry "The Great Gig in the Sky" interview
She had such an amazing voice.
This doesn't tell the whole story though. In 2004, she sued Pink Floyd and EMI for songwriting royalties. Given that she was originally paid 30 pounds, I think it's fair to say that she deserved a cut of the squillions of dollars they made of this. They eventually settled out of court for an undisclosed sum, but I hope it was at least 6 figures, because god damn, she NAILED it.
Brilliant song. Start at the one minute mark to hear Clare sing
Impossible Bassline
Davie504, the guy who played Tool with tools? Who played Red Hot Chilli Peppers with a red chilli pepper and Pink Floyds "Money" with actual money?
As @overdude said, he's a monster. I'm not sure he understands the word "impossible".
Then again, I'm not sure Deadmau5 does either. That's certainly a difficult bassline, but it's far from impossible.

I usually don't like Floyd covers, but that was really good.
Understanding Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here Album
I couldn't stand Floyd when I was in junior high and high school because of the Wall, Dark Side of the Moon & Wish You Were Here. Then I eventually found all of the stuff that came before all of this stuff and became a fan. Live at Pompeii is a fantastic document of the post Barrett era before these albums and of course Barrett era Floyd is ace.
Understanding Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here Album
Wish You Were Here is one of my favorite Pink Floyd albums... one of my favorite albums period, and this is one of my favorite channels, got beat to the punch here, so *promote.
Understanding Comfortably Numb
Ah, the only track off The Wall I ever liked. It's always bothered me that early Floyd is killer and all of those junior high / high school The Wall worshippers (who did not listen to early Floyd) really put me off on the Floyd until I got into bands that I consider even better than Floyd - like Faust and CAN, and once my head was straight for real psychedelic music of the late 60's & early 70's - went back into the Floyd catalog and found out how great they were before The (fucking) Wall. Check out Live at Pompeii if you're a Floyd fan and never seen it.
What Die-Hard Fans Don't Even Know About The Big Bang Theory
I haven't watched any of them. Sorry for the confusion. I have no intention of watching them...I was being facetious mentioning a queue. Breaking Bad...well, it broke me...badly.
I don't really like pop music, at all. Zepp and Floyd, on the other hand, are among my all-time favorites...except, ironically, In Through the Out Door. It was too poppish. Zepp 2 and Dark Side are their best, imho, in case you're wondering.
There's a pretty big gap between dumb as a sack of hammers nonsense like Big Bang and 2.5 men (both created by the same guy, I think) and something like It's Always Sunny or Breaking Bad.
I'm not saying you're wrong to dislike Breading Bad or It's Always Sunny (I thought BB was great, but It's Always Sunny never really grabbed me), just that they're not really in the same category.
It's just kinda like saying "I don't really like pop music. I don't like Lady Gaga; she's like Katy Perry or Pink Floyd. And I tried to get into Led Zeppelin, but the first album sucked".

I've never watched it, and find it really surprising that it's been on for over 10 years now. Over that time period, I've had a good number of friends and acquaintances ask me, "Do you know The Big Bang Theory?" I've always answered, "Yes, I'm aware of it," usually followed by my wondering if they're some kind of "Young Earther." With this sift I've now realized it's a sitcom. And it's just going into a long queue of "must-see" TV shows, like Two-and-a-Half Men, Always Sunny in BlaBla, etc. Somebody pushed me to watch Breaking Bad, but after just a few episodes...and Jesse the Idiot not dead yet...I had to quit. What a Gilligan! I guess I'll just go back to reading, and wait for Rick and Morty...and maybe, just maybe, they'll finally make a movie of Deadwood.
64-yr-old man calls out Conor McGregor
Calls out who? <goes off to Google...> Oh, some MMA dude, who's apparently taking on Floyd Mayweather soon... isn't Floyd nearly twice this Conner's age? Not that it really matters in boxing.
Anyhow... I can't even do a regular pull up, chin up or any of those things... so props to that old guy.
