He’s finally on vacation as of late January (the event happened on November 19, and his supervisory duties were temporarily suspended) and his union is standing by him 100%, as is the police commissioner, whining that the mayor called the sergeant’s actions disgusting, outrageous because he’s not convicted of a crime, and in the same breath whining “ The fact that was a 911 call came over of a piece of shit beating up somebody, and then this is how it all started. That’s the sad part about this. It got thrown onto this and spun in a way so ridiculous right now, it is like beyond,”.
It’s the third official report of his being unnecessarily violent.
Right, ridiculous to investigate a cop on videos committing felony assaults.

Kinda odd they aren’t standing with the cop that stopped a violent abuse of power, and instead back the out of control violent cop that attacked her on camera.

A grown person could feed a large raptor for days, longer if it’s cold. The idea that dinosaurs only ate other large dinosaurs comes from Hollywood, not paleontologists or animal behaviorists. Smaller prey is both less dangerous and much easier to digest. Carrion is even better.

I mention it because Aeon, the female scientist/superspy/clone, is capable of doing her job and being nice....at least nice to those not trying to kill her. Totally could have turned out a lot worse than it was being that the cops were outnumbered. The female cop acted as if she was just there as a ride along. Looked really close to having guns drawn.

The pregnant woman sure didn't seem to care too much about protecting her unborn child either.

When someone tries to bite you, you or they can absolutely slug them. Self defense is a legitimate defense. His taser was holstered and his help wasn't helping. Once she tried to do him physical harm, she invited them to do harm to her....proportional harm, which I think one punch definitely is, a human bite is incredibly dangerous. I think he'll be fine job wise, but harrassed publicly for hitting a woman because sexism.

I think the female might be in the most danger of reprimand if not firing. She not only didn't help either male, both having obvious serious trouble controlling their arrestees, but saw they also had trouble with the hostile crowd and instead of shielding them from it she hid behind them.

Well, the one cop is going to lose his job. I can understand his frustration, but even if someone is biting you, you can't just slug them. Not when you have a Taser and help.

I do have to wonder why the female cop is not helping. Both guys could have used some help to keep the crowd back at least. The closest I saw he trying to help was when the one lady was biting the guy. As soon as he swung, she raised her hands and was like "Nope, not losing my job or freedom."

Oh one last thing. I visited my friend at Valparaiso University years ago and asked why there was 1 bathroom either male or female (not both, I had to run across the building).

Apparently they all used to be male bathrooms because everyone knows women can't be engineers. So they had to convert some.

It's like that. Women had no place to go in the building. If you say some dude that looks like a lumberjack because he's on T who has a vagina has to go to the women's or vice versa, a very feminine person with a penis has to go to the men's, they are not going to be comfortable doing that. And it's essentially making it like it was at the old engineering buildings. There's no place for them.

I want to know how after 19 years on the force with a $100000 car, rental homes, $90+ a year at his second job, and who under reported his yearly income by almost $500000 repeatedly can get away with claiming he's broke.

Just like being housed in special high profile (larger nicer single inmate cells, but not solitary) areas of prison with all non white employees barred from the entire floor and white female officers allowed alone in his cell, actually in his bed, to comfort him, even letting him use their cell phones, that's some serious bullshit.
