Just made one this way. I couldn't get it off my mind for a couple of days after seeing this. It looks good but honestly I think the extra cheese is overkill. I like the way the toast tastes when grilled with butter so the extra cheese is a little too much. The amount of cheese it took to make one of these things is also not very conservative... took about 1/3 of my slab of California premium extra sharp. Not good on the wallet or the medical bill.

Oh, and I gave up pepperoni pizza with extra cheese to show solidarity with the troops. Now it's just pepperoni and the regular amount of cheese. I salute you, my American warriors. But don't bother me to attend even one funeral of the fallen. I've already made my sacrifice.
