Underground Monster Hunting Eelfish
Isn't this the end scene of Requiem for a Dream?
One of Trump's Biggest Scams, the Foxconn Deal, Falls Apart
FOX CONN (like what signal do you need?) bernie madoff smiles up at them now.
yup. would enjoy bk33 or tangled's take on this chess move.
every three-card monte dealer suddenly opened shop outside the WS capitol building on hearing this deal.
remember seeing this unfold, in the news, and thought "aren't they gonna be surprise to see what comes out of that can o' pringles?!"
bad move. morally questionably also. this is the company that had employees committing suicide on site. still could be. like that wasn't a red flag? kill their workers and they'd go easy on a cheesehead? (seriously? if they [at least] visited one of FC's factory wouldn't they've asked "what's those nets for?")
the deal reminded me of the ending scene in 'Angel Heart'... O'Rourke (playing Gov. Walker) and DeNiro (Foxconn or themselves). you know the one? (if you don't ***SPOILER ALERT*** skip the clip)

Astartes - Part Five
I really liked part 4 due to all the action. The amount of detail the guy puts into these videos is incredible. The end scene in Part 5 is so cool and makes me want to know more.
I goddam love this. It's be best of the five by a country mile too.

The South Bronx of The 1980's
These are various scenes from "Fort Apache, The Bronx" (1981). The scene 37 seconds into it (two guys running through piles of garbage) was the end scene, if the camera had continued to pan downwards, you would have seen a rolled up rug containing the body of a dead woman.
*Voted up.

Return To Krypton - Superman Returns Deleted Opening Scene
Very well done, and I did enjoy the *animation. But I can see how it might not necessarily add that much to the story. Alternatively they could have written in some dialogue maybe like:
"Supe: Here's the crystal spaceship that I used to travel back to Krypton to search for my family. (gestures to ship/part of ship/model/picture of ship/10 second cutscene of ship...)
Lois: Did you find anyone/anything?
Supe: Only a rock filled with Kryptonite (and loneliness.)
End scene!"
4 minutes and 9.75 million dollars saved!
With the advent of superb digital animation (such as this) too many films try to cover up poor planning/writing and ultimately sacrifice good story-telling with, well, high-production cartoons and special effects.

to be honest, it's a bit too long, but I kinda liked it. With better editing they could have left it in.

Final Scene Fight Club: Trust Me Everything Will Be Fine
I would consider this a dupe of http://videosift.com/video/Reset-Destruction-of-the-Debt-Record-Fight-Club-38s
=(
Although, this is better quality at widescreen. Sift need a 720p version if you ask me.
/edit and they might both be dupes of http://videosift.com/video/Fight-Club-End-Scene-Spoiler-Warning ?

Bollywood Awesomeness
I like how you can pretty much fill in the entire movie from that end scene alone. Not that I didn't think it was fucking epic.

Sharon Tate jumping on a Trampoline
With no prior knowledge of this clip, I had to deconstruct what was going on with the characters myself. I think I'm pretty close to the original storyline.
*Scene set, by the beach, with a fat guy, and obviously, there's a trampoline there*
//Moves to guy sitting down, paving slab man, who has bad eyesight, sitting at picnic table with his paving slab//
Note: Paving slab man is friends with fat guy
Paving slab guy notices someone bouncing on the trampoline, but is however unsure (with his terrible short sighted vision) if it's a hairy guy or a pretty woman.
Paving slab guy does the 'is it a woman' check. On closer inspection and severe eye straining, it is found that trampoline person has breasts.
Paving slab guy reckons that they've sure got the trampoline skills and the breasts to warrant further investigation, so decides to check out the situation taking his paving slab with him to hopefully impress the individual.
Paving slab guy scrutinizes the individuals trampolining ability while initiating stage 2 of the 'is it a woman' check. Yes, indeed, she has a vagina and what's this? She can do the splits?!
Paving slab guy moves in for the kill, showing off his paving slab to his best ability.
//A CHALLENGER APPROACHES//
Paving slab guy is cock blocked by post-apocalyptic sunglasses woman.
Paving slab guy hugs his paving slab of fertility to to stop post-apocalyptic sunglasses woman from getting aroused.
End scene.
Classic end scene from "The Graduate"
>> ^dbot2006:
The Graduate does not hold up well after all these years, it is a film that manages to not be timeless.
Just because -you- don't like a movie doesn't mean it doesn't hold up well. It just means you don't like it. Personally, I never did think it was a "great" movie, but it's no worse now than it was then.
Having been in both age groups represented in the movie, I'd say that it's still a reasonably accurate depiction of life. Nothing much has changed when it comes to personal interactions, older men and women still find younger ones attractive, and some will act on that attraction. And some people get pissy when dumped. :🤷:
