Ghost in You - Psychedelic Furs

kronosposeidon says...

God, I haven't heard this song since high school! Love it. My fave Psychedelic Furs song. Much better than "Love My Way" or "Heartbreak Beat". Why does so much modern British rock suck, when in the 80s they dominated the airwaves with bands like Duran Duran, David Bowie, Culture Club, Animotion, Depeche Mode, Tears For Fears, P Furs, ABC, Talk Talk, etc. You get the idea.

However, it doesn't remind me of my first love. More like my 700th lust and 15,000th unrequited erection. Hey, I was 17.

Hey persephone,
Thanks for your comment, because it clarifies a lot for me. I was a bit sad because I noticed the downvote within about 5 seconds of submitting. I feel better knowing that you didn't mean it!

But... to atone for your sin, you should upvote all of my new submissions. Nice to meet you!

In reply to this comment by persephone:
Hey Issy, I don't know how my downvote appeared here. Little fingers on my laptop when I wasn't around, I suspect. Sorry.

Prince: The Superbowl Show (1 of 2)

Farhad2000 says...

I think you all need to relax, I never said Prince was the problem. The man is a great artist, I don't doubt that.

But I think it's a bit strange for him to be playing the Superbowl Half Time Show, that's all. It's like bringing back MC Hammer or Duran Duran... And the only reason there are no big headliners anymore is because of Janet-boob-gate. Furthermore I believe everyone is entailed to their opinion.

Cult Movie Trailer: Barbarella (1968)

James Roe says...

I was going to post this, but I really just wanted the entire opening scene. I will be going to see Duran Duran later this year with a group of friends, and we will all be wearing costumes from Barbarella
