Chef Ramsay Trolls HK Contestants
Not knowing what HK stood for, I was expecting a chef-y show where Hong Kong contestants would be trolled by being asked to make dishes based on those from "The Chinese Feast" (the Tsui Hark movie), or something along those lines.
I am so disappoint!
Gordon Ramsay Gets a Pad Thai Lesson
There's a follow up clip on the tubes. The monks ate it and said they liked it. Still, I'd like to know how he messed up according to the chef. The ingredient list seemed right.
Gordon Ramsay Gets a Pad Thai Lesson
Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag. (show it anyway)
Love that the Thai chef's reaction - it surprised me is good, honest way.
Gordon Ramsay Gets a Pad Thai Lesson
^
I want to see the chef's recipe. Moreover, I want to taste both!
The Perfect Croissant - Gordon Ramsay in Paris
If Ramsey wouldn't touch croissants and needed lessons form a tenured pastry chef, I don't feel so bad for always being concerned about wasting all that butter having never tried.
Now do a batch without a pastry roller and a commercial convection oven, and see how much fun you have!
Gordon Ramsay Doing What He Does Best
Scumbag chef - Tells you to follow the recipe exactly.
Doesn't give you ingredient amounts in video.
Hey Dude, Is That A Worm In Your Head
All our meals come right out of ours chefs head and into your bowl.
I Never Knew Omelets Could be so Exciting
"I've got a ten inch frying pan; I use a ten inch frying pan. Some chefs use an eight inch or a seven inch frying pan. I like to use a ten inch pan."
Now you know where those two and a half minutes went.
A three-and-a-half minute video to show us, "how to make an omelet in one minute"?
I'm confused by this statement.
Hold it, closed the omelet while the top was still uncooked (AKA RAW) - Then put cold ingredients into it. That doesn't sound like an omelet I'd want to eat!
Astrix and Oblix cartoon opening
Love the movies, particularly "Asterix and Cleopatra" as well as "Asterix and the Twelve Tasks".
Kimmel: Starbucks Coffee Prank: New $7 Cup of Coffee
Mythbusters did it twice: once with Vodka and once with Steak.

Although I don't think this clip has the part where they tried to eat it . . . with a professional chef cooking it. They resulted to using a pressure sensor to actually see how much pressure it took to slice through because the taste tests came back all wonky for some off reason.

Vi Hart - Mathed Potatoes for Thanksgiving
OK
From the caretaker of the cooking channel:
(Shepppard above has the low-down on good tater production!)
Made these 2 days ago:
4lbs unpeeled, red potatoes
stick o butter
3'4-1 cup Buttermilk
1-2 small cloves garlic
black, white, red pepper, sea salt, to taste
boil potatoes, rinse, drain, return to stove top on warm
with electric hand mixer, add other ingredients till creamy 'n fluffy, you may not use all the butter and buttermilk, so add and mix, repeat.
I covered these taters with some brown mushroom gravy with a red wine 'n sherry reduction added for some more levels of yum.
Oh and garlic. If you are going to add garlic, why fuck up your taters with powdered garlic? The stuff goes rancid too fast, and degradation of essence of ANY herb occurs once it has been processed.
Use a garlic masher yer a pussy, slice it or chop it, you are insane. Take the edge of a large chef's knife or cleaver and pulverize the clove with a quick blow of of fist. Bisect it, it's easier a half-at-a-time.
Garlic presses are for posers as well, and trying to wash one a pain-in-the-ass. Don't be a pussy, get a cleaver, they're like $5 at a Chinese grocery.
So... PlayhousePals?? You wanna me come over 'n rock yer kitchen sometime??

Trump Gets Trumped by David Letterman
It would only have been better had Dave then plunged a chef's knife into Trump's heart at that exact moment.
