I'm so sick of this pseudo-feminism bullshit that's code for "Look what the men are doing to us! We can't think for ourselves! We're victims!" Seriously what's terrifying about this is how many people on here are on the side of the video's message. If this truly was about equality, I'd be right there with them, but it's not.

I'm not sure where they see the inequalities in society anymore. And maybe I'm clueless and uninformed because I live in the liberal Mecca, Los Angeles, and I just don't see the glass ceilings. You know, my aunt moved out to California in the late 80s and was able to become the CEO of a huge, well-known clothing store. She was also president and vp of many successful clothing stores prior to that. Where's that glass ceiling I keep hearing about?

I've worked most of my life for women, and I've had ZERO problem with it. I've actually enjoyed a lot of my female bosses. Hell, even in the military I had two women directly above me. Hehe. There's a sexist joke in there somewhere?

There's no glass ceiling. Maybe in some of the larger corporations, but I'd wager it's not the majority of companies in America. And because legislation says they have to hire a "diverse" mix of employees, a lot of the people that come in through their internal "diversity departments" are treated like charity cases and not taken seriously. I've seen this happen and it's frustrating. Penis.
