What If You Hear Voices In Your Head?

newtboy says...

I remember when my brother had to have a psych evaluation, he told me that one of the questions they asked was "Do you see and hear things that other people don't see and hear?"
I realized it was good I wasn't the one being evaluated, because I see and hear things other people don't see and hear all the time, whenever I'm alone for instance, and often when I'm with others if I'm looking at or listening to something no one else is. That answer wouldn't go over well, I'm fairly certain.

I often wonder if auditory hallucinations that are not verbal or in any way communicative are indicative of anything important or worrying. I often can hear phantom music or phantom unintelligibly quiet talk radio in white noise, which defeats the main purpose of the white noise (made by a loud air filter), which is to drowned out all distracting noises so I can sleep.

Crazy Hot Wheels Car Jump

So is there a blue driver and green driver as well? I want the feature that puts the air filter in the middle of my dashboard. Was his face pixel-ed out? And who are the mysterious suits observing this? It is almost like those suits are playing hotwheels with peoples lives. =)

Driving into a MONSTER dust storm in Australia

Wow. They were going WAY too fast inside that monster.
And they'll regret that once their engine seizes on them.

I was wondering about their car -- I figure the air filter would just choke up and the engine would stall out once it inhaled too much dust. But if they knew engines they could probably still bang the dust out of the filter and keep going.

Yep, Data's emotion chip works (9 sec.)

Double Your Gas Mileage (It's Easier Than You Think)

I watched the video again, and wrote down the stuff that most people can do to help them:

1: Fill tires to spec (maybe a little extra)
2: Low friction oil's (more expensive though)
3: Clean, Gap or change your spark plugs (if you get new ones, make sure they have the proper gap)
4: New air filter, or less restrictive air intake system (more power also!)
5: Less restrictive exhaust system (just don't make you car sound like a weedwacker)
6: Keep you auto clean of what you don't need in it, and clean on the outside also

Great Danes at Feeding Time. 32" Vertical Leap

Looks like they have some money based on the nice house. With regular bathing of the animals, a HEPA air filter and house cleaning it should be workable and I doubt they'd even have to do most of it.

I have four dogs ranging from 50 to 115 pounds, half of them mutts and none worth a dime to anyone but me. Three rodents for my youngest kid, a cat, and have over time taken in anything from broken winged birds to a hedgehog someone didn't know how to take care of as rescues. It's not as difficult as it seems with a little planning and basics such as air filters for the dander, and we don't have half the resources it seems they would.

Mine don't get on the furniture though. They are barrier trained in a similar way, if I tell them 'out of the kitchen' they go past an invisible line between the pantry and dishwasher and stay out. Won't go out an open door, and so on. Used to have one who you could lay a broom or something across the floor and he wouldn't pass it until told he could.
