Mercenary Life | DiabLoL 2 Ep39

Die Antwoord - Pitbull Terrier

NinjaInHeat says...

Sorry for hating, but I just finished watching this and the first thing that came to mind was "I wonder what an interview with this guy would sound like, he must have the mental capacity of a poodle", so I Googled, and sure enough:

Hilarious really.
I guess I'm just not "on his level", I'm on that other level, where shit music sounds like shit

Michael Bay's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Trailer

Thumper says...

Anyone remember the commercial that was on the VHS for the original TMNT. This song verse may jog your memory... "Suddenly everyone's looking at me, my mind could be wondering what could it be, they point to the sky and I look up above, and a baseball falls into my glove". I watched that damn movie so much as a kid I can remember the freaking horrible commercials lyrics years after...

WWII Vet lays down some rhymes. FOUR MORE YEARS!

lantern53 says...

Veteran likes Obama=mind blown.

I wonder if we can have a dissenting opinion.

I guess it's hard to come up with something that rhymes with Alinsky, or Jeremiah Wright, or 'You didn't build that!'

INSANE Fairground Ride.

artician says...

So many potential points of failure on this. I think the designer was as insane as his/her creation.

One thing that used to freak me out about amusement park rides was whenever I'd hear something metallic clang, or groan or anything. My mind would start wondering "okay... what just broke?"
Would be fun to make a ride that had some mechanism that intentionally made extremely disturbing noises like that, as though the whole structure was going to come down at any moment. Heh.

Zach Anner Thanks the Internet

spoco2 says...

I absolutely LOVE that this guy is just flat out funny... not popular because he is disabled, and 'gee, isn't he doing well with his problems', but he is just flat out a funny guy. I would so watch a show made by him as he demonstrates a really great demeanor and mind for creating wonderfully watchable content.

Pity us here in Australia will probably never see the show... hello Bittorrent and your wonderful use for letting people in other countries see things we otherwise would never.

16 year-old Yasi SHREDS in original song "Tender Storm"

flechette says...

When I think of what a normal 16 year old girl would produce as far as a song goes, this is not at all what comes to mind. Awesome stuff.

Wondering if Frynge was going for the double entendre or not. x_x

Money Stuff (Blog Entry by dag)

Krupo says...

I'm a boffin now? Awesome!

I say keep shifting in whatever cash is available - those visitors who don't register or become charter are contributing in their own way that way. Though of course that only goes so far - might as well not lop it off while there's still something, uh, loppable.

I haven't done anything in the way of research but in the back of my mind I keep wondering about the costs of renting versus owning servers...

Matt Harding: Where The Hell Is Matt? an 'Elaborate Hoax'

Memorare says...

Sorry to all the True Believers in this guy's 'cause' but the last few minutes remind me of some Youth For Christ evangelistic crusades i've been exposed to:

"C'mon everybody, up on the stage! join us! join us! Dance! Sing! Make a joyful noise unto the Lord!
Ohh, if people would just Believe... Believe and receive... We could change the world... change the world... change the world... for Christ."

at which point the red flags go up in my mind and i wonder what cause they're really evangelizing.

a collective about the mind (Sift Talk Post)

Eden says...

It's a great idea - I have thought in the past about a 'Human Body/Human Mind' collective, and wondered if it would overlap too much with Rembar's science sift, but I think you're right - you've thought about it more in depth than me and I think there is good scope for it.

What do you think about including the body in there as well?

"Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind" - Great Films

EMPIRE says...

Yep great movie indeed. Have it in my DVD collection.
And is it just me... or is "Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind" just a wonderful, beautiful sentence?
