Agents Discover Gold And 1/2 Million In Senator’s Home

newtboy says...

No sir.
Menendez was caught with cash and gold, seemingly from local businessmen, but not yet a smoking gun proving it was from bribes. Thanks to Republicans rewriting the rules on bribery to protect the Trumps, he got off last time. He might again.

Trump was caught with hundreds of stolen top secret documents after twice swearing he had returned every classified document he ever took….with HIS fingerprints on them, and those of his assistants, foreigners, press, likely even random visitors to Maralago that found them (definitely photos of that). His son in law was caught selling classified info to Saudi Arabia for $2 billion he still has. His daughter took $36 million in bribes from China during trade negotiations she still has. Trump made deals with multiple foreign nations to use his properties at way above market value like the LIV tour as a thanks for protecting the prince from murder charges, many going unused but paid for like entire floors in his hotels rented out for months or years but never occupied by the Saudis…there’s way more evidence of Trump bribery than Menendez, and Menendez is certainly guilty based on the evidence …but with mountains of red handed evidence on 91 charges and dozens of convictions already you still think there’s nothing on Trump, because you refuse to see. There is none so blind..

Hilarious. The left thinks it’s shit doesn’t stink?!? 😂 Just more silly projection, every single accusation is an admission, friendo.

The worst kind of person to hear from is a cultist propagandist that refuses to consider reality if it might hurt their cult or its rapist charity thief, liar, fraud, and total failure of a businessman they call leader (all already proven in court so not libel or slander) and constantly regurgitates the ridiculous debunked lies he’s been told to believe without ever investigating their veracity. This describes you, sir.

Conversely, I posted the news of Menendez being indicted, and showed you how this as yet unproven criminal behavior is treated by the left, like criminal behavior unacceptable in leadership…unlike how like criminal violent treasonous coup behaviors, stealing top secret highly classified military dossiers, attempted election fraud, rape, bribery by foreign governments (exponentially more than here to himself and his family), another attempted election fraud, massive tax fraud, illegally profiting from the office by directing government business to his businesses, stealing campaign donations, etc (91 more felonies and counting) are treated by the right. There’s way more evidence against Trump on each and every one of these charges, and dozens of convictions already, but you just deny it all because it’s inconvenient, not because there’s a shred of evidence to support you.

With infinitely less evidence, the left is calling for Menendez’s removal because even the appearance of impropriety from leadership hurts the nation, but for the right that’s unthinkable, it’s what’s good for Trump that always comes first, what’s good for the individual politician second, what’s good for their family third, what’s good for their donors fourth…the nation isn’t on the list anymore so they intend to shut it down again with no thought to the cost or harm or hardships that will cause.

But let’s get past your complete blind spot about Trump…compare the response to Santos. Now what’s your excuse for the diametrically opposed responses? Why does the right continue to stand with thief, liar, and fugitive Santos when there’s zero question about his guilt on a dozen charges?

BTW- Trump’s lawyer, Habba, says it’s just fake news, not one bit real but a pure fake distraction from Hunter Biden (who himself is a distraction from her client).
So what’s your choice…he’s a total criminal with overwhelming proof or it’s a fake distraction like Trump says?

bobknight33 said:

I do.

Bob was caught red handed, with the smoking gun.
Fingerprints on the envelopes full with cash in his suit jackets hanging in his closet, from the people who bribed him. Let along the gold bars and all the other evidence.

Trump --- all that there is there is a belief of some crime (s). No smoking gun, no red handed evidence. This will play out in court and probably appealed.

Before you post your stupid diatribe, Think.
I know you think you can. You are right but only as a hard leftest elitist whose think their shit don't stink. IE the worst kind of person to hear from.

Dark Brandon Trolls Trump

newtboy says...

😂 You poor little baby. That old stuttering guy beat the shit out of your Orange daddy. Absolutely wiped the floor with him. 😂

Just a short taste, do you really want to compare videos of them not being able to speak? Because the Trump video is going to be 78 hours long. Biden’s 3 minute “worst moments” are better than most of Trump’s best. I have hours of Trump incapable of speaking.

You want videos of them stumbling, because the Trump video will be much longer and include multiple toilet paper trails and having to beg for help going down a 3 degree incline….the exact same incline Biden jogged up and down. Momentum.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cp775-4XSSU

You dumbshit, even Trump’s people have now all testified that there was absolutely no cheating AGAINST Trump, but plenty of cheating BY Trump. 86 of them. I guess Trump being under indictment must have confused you…he’s indicted for trying multiple ploys to cheat in 2020, not because Biden cheated, because Biden didn’t cheat.

Multiple (7?) states sent fake electors for Trump at his request. Multiple Republican legislatures tried to invalidate millions of valid votes at Trump’s request. Over 60 frivolous lawsuits were filed by Trump’s people claiming election fraud, not a single one had evidence of any Democratic fraud (some brought up what turned out to be Republican frauds, like the guy who voted for Trump as his wife then claimed Democrats stole her vote). At least 4 states cheated by redistricting to deny minority votes any power, illegally, and some continue to defy the courts and continue their racist gerrymandering….but just wait until they need the court, suddenly defying a court order will be treason.

Ingram just gave away the game…saying there’s no evidence to take Biden to court…in fact there’s none against Joe at all, no prosecutor on earth could convict him of anything, and there’s no possibility of the senate convicting him of anything, there’s even barely a chance the hyper partisan house could impeach him, but that doesn’t matter the house should try to impeach now anyway because it might hurt his re-election.
She says he needs to go because there’s some (disproven) accusations (not proof or evidence) that he took bribes, but has no problem with Jared actually on record taking $2 BILLION for trading top secret information to the Saudis, or Ivanka being bribed by China with over $30 million in gifts during trade talks.

She admits there’s absolutely nothing, not a shred of evidence against Dark Brandon, but says - we need to unfairly do that thing we wrongly claim was unfairly done to Trump. 😂

Hide and watch, your slug brained ilk has no scruples, no consistency, and no honor, and twists and turns in the wind like a bit of fluff your brains have become. 🤦‍♂️

US sues to block TX abortion law

newtboy says...

Really...You saw a HEART beating at 6 weeks. You're a liar....not a new revelation btw. You've been a proud liar for years.

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists also has said in a statement, “What is interpreted as a heartbeat in these bills is actually electrically-induced flickering of a portion of the fetal tissue that will become the heart as the embryo develops. Thus, ACOG does not use the term ‘heartbeat’ to describe these legislative bans on abortion because it is misleading language, out of step with the anatomical and clinical realities of that stage of pregnancy.”

I do not believe you work in as a medical device service tech (which wouldn't include ANY medical training, now would it) but can't spell or read above a third grade level. It's just not believable....not that it would indicate any medical knowledge if true.

Again, seeing a PULSE is not seeing a heartbeat. If they say they saw a heart at 6 weeks, report them, they're delusional. What they call it has nothing to do with reality....many nurses are anti vaxers Q followers, being in the medical field doesn't make one reasonable, logical, or right. Techs aren't doctors....and doctors fudge the truth to avoid conflict. Press them, they'll admit there's no heart, unless like you they prefer a comfortable lie to the hard truth, and believe it's better to tell a lie than a truth that might hurt your position. Probably shouldn't have admitted you think that.

Here's a citation for you to dismiss as fake news....https://www.factcheck.org/2019/07/when-are-heartbeats-audible-during-pregnancy/

Btw, I stand corrected, except for changes in the muscle tissue, the basic heart is apparently formed by week 13, not 20. The muscle tissue matures around week 20. I'm always willing to admit when I'm wrong, unlike some.

I’ve seen more ultrasounds hearts and heartbeats than you can imagine..
Being Hippa compliant, I look at images for quality and for servicing.

All the Techs I talk to say the same . Heartbeat starts about the 6 to 10 week of pregnancy
And yes there are images that capture this along with all the other images and measurements. Doppler is used for this.

Per quick Google search
When does the heartbeat show on ultrasound?
A fetal heartbeat may first be detected by a vaginal ultrasound as early as 5 1/2 to 6 weeks after gestation. That's when a fetal pole, the first visible sign of a developing embryo, can sometimes be seen. But between 6 1/2 to 7 weeks after gestation, a heartbeat can be better assessed.

Your fucking up the wrong tree today. Go back to being the big guy at you high school.

You can even do this at home

Bwwwaaaaahahahahaaaaa….as if you know the “truth”!?! I guess you forgot, you said truth and facts are for liberals. Conservatives have no use for either. Remember you said if the truth might hurt you, only a moron would be truthful, even under oath (defending Trump blatantly lying under oath to congress). When you gleefully supported lying even under oath, even from the person holding the highest, most powerful position on earth, you have abandoned truth and honesty completely.

….so. You’re giving up on the dishonest stupidity you’ve been trying to sell for 8+ months, that it was really all left wing ANTIFA and BLM activists posing as Trumptards (which would mean Trump’s rally was a massive failure because he didn’t have ANY supporters in the crowd?). You’ve finally decided to admit reality and try another tact, that it wasn’t criminal, just people voicing displeasure?! Jesus Christ, you will just say any stupid thing to avoid responsibility, won’t you. Trump taught you well (to ignore reality and spout insanity).

They attempted to voice their displeasure by violently overthrowing the government and murdering any representatives they disagreed with or police that tried to stop them you anti American traitor.

Thousands breached the walls with plans to hunt down and murder any representatives not fully on board with ignoring the election for Trump…up to and including Pence, who they erected a functioning gallows for.

Those caught aiding in the violent, deadly coup should be shot dead for treason, every single one who went one foot past the barriers, so anyone on the grounds…that’s over 10000 you traitor. Trespassing, a minor property infraction, is not what they did. They murdered and permanently disabled police as a group, both felonies. They intentionally did millions in damages to public property, felonies. They disrupted the function of the government, a felony. They attempted to murder multiple representatives as part of an attempted overthrow of the duly elected government, not just felonies but violent terroristic treason that calls for the death penalty. They should face a firing squad or worse, every one of them that crossed the barrier line is a traitor to America and a part of the deadly failed coup. Those that actually entered the building should first be stripped of citizenship, then they should be painfully and publicly executed in cruel ways (non citizens, no constitutional protections) and their estates all forfeit to the state in restitution. Their families should just be deported and stripped of citizenship.

Oh…so now you admit multiple Trump groups PLANNED a coup….but you’re going to pretend it was only 40 people?! Insane illogical utter bullshit. There were over 10 Trump supporting groups that coordinated the well planned attack, each with hundreds of members.

You are lying again though, they had specific written plans, pre determined targets to kill, specific items to steal or destroy, maps to their targets, broadcast updates on the location of targets, and a loudly and repeatedly articulated goal of stopping the certification of the election in order to install or retain Trump’s position despite the election results. Your “sources” are apologists that also think a trespassing ticket is appropriate but the same people who think supporting BLM should put people in prison for years, and marching with them should be a death penalty…people like you. Not having a good plan for your deadly violent coup doesn’t mean you didn’t try to overthrow the government, it just means you people are all dumb shits who couldn’t properly plan a birthday party for a 4 year old without adult help.

The prosecutors have been a major let down. This was a mob attack, everyone there should be charged with murdering a police officer, they were all part of that murder and the other 50+ attempted murders of police. To be consistent, they only need to file charges against the 10000 that went along with the 40 (and in reality there is mountains of evidence that there are hundreds that planned the attack, including Trump and his minions in congress that actively helped the terrorists during the attempted coup.) Those charges should clearly be treason and murder of a policeman at a minimum for anyone there. Anyone beyond the barriers was part of that mob, and knew it. Not one should ever see daylight again. Put one in front of me, they won’t.

I call for true patriots to find, publicly identify, and drive all these traitorous terrorists out of the country or 6 ft under. They are going to attack again, these minor tickets for attempting to overthrow the US government are invitations to try again. Only burning the terrorist’s houses and businesses and violent ostracism driving them and their families out of the country (I hear Afghanistan needs more people) might dissuade them from trying again.

To paraphrase you…if they didn’t want to be charged with treason and executed they should have complied with the police orders.

So…were you there Bob? You’re such a tool I know you wanted to be, but I suspect you’re too much a coward to walk the walk, you just talk the talk.

bobknight33 said:

Sad you dont know what truth is. It is not on cable news.
Jan 6 was much to do about nothing except a large group of people wished to voice their displeasure of the government.

Few actually wanted to breach the walls but even so didn't have a plan past that. So yo have a few who breached and many many just followed for a look ... Those who got caught should face their crime of trespassing.

https://www.usnews.com/news/top-news/articles/2021-08-20/exclusive-fbi-finds-scant-evidence-us-capitol-attack-was-coordinated-sources

FBI investigators did find that cells of protesters, including followers of the far-right Oath Keepers and Proud Boys groups, had aimed to break into the Capitol. But they found no evidence that the groups had serious plans about what to do if they made it inside, the sources said.

Prosecutors have filed conspiracy charges against 40 of those defendants, alleging that they engaged in some degree of planning before the attack.

Nothing more than a butt hurt Trumpist snowflake pushing more false narrative trying to cause more division. LMFAHS.

Besides, you keep forgetting, you LOVE lies and liars, you clearly and undeniably applauded perjury saying only a moron tells the truth under oath if it might hurt them, you've repeatedly cheered on blatantly lying to the public for any reason, including just divisively trolling the libtards at the expense of hundreds of thousands of American lives and trillions upon trillions of tax dollars, and you think lies are the best way to make a point, or a law. That was your stated position for four years, now you suddenly, hypocritically want to pretend lies or divisiveness bother you? Good thing these aren't lies then.

Point to a case before the Floyd case where a cop turned in a fellow officer and remained on the force....and I don't mean just an instance where a cop was caught by the media undeniably committing serious crime on camera and his superior didn't back him anyway, although that's also rare. I know you won't even try.

Do You Regret All Your Lying?

newtboy says...

Nice of you to say, but Trumpublicans are immune to facts.

I've thought for years my discussions with Bobby aren't for him, they're to contradict his nonsense so other people don't get conned by liars. He's a total lost cause, proven when he said only stupid people tell the truth under oath if the truth might hurt them, defending Trump lying in his depositions. Anyone who supports perjury is lost.

Yes, sometimes kids who like fire need to be burned , badly, to gain respect for fire...I did. Sometimes even that doesn't teach them (my brother didn't stop making pipe bombs just because he almost blew himself up, for instance). The problem is, they usually burn down a house or two before getting burned enough themselves, maybe burning a few people to death for lack of a lesson. I say, if you see a kid playing with matches a second time, light their ass on fire in a dirt field, give them all the fire they'll ever want and then some. If they survive, they'll almost certainly quit lighting fires.

Bob is lighting fires at home with his other firebugs. None of them are concerned, none of them wants the fire out.

BSR said:

I've always thought if anyone could bring bob around it would be you.

Unfortunately the facts seem to have been spitballs at a battleship with him.

Your efforts have not been lost on everyone though and I applaud all the research and knowledge you've given to all in presenting the facts.

But sometimes when a child is fascinated with fire they will still play with matches no matter what anyone says. Sometimes you just need to get burned to discover the truth.

I can only assume that bob does what he does as to not be alienated from those he loves.

I know he does have some compassion in him.

Do You Regret All Your Lying?

More like glass of weak tea calling the kettle black, buddy. Democrats and the mainstream media at it's worst aren't 1/10 the liars their far right extremist counterparts are.

Whataboutism based on pure lies and exaggerations by a repeatedly convicted con man and liar, the man you said has carte Blanche to lie whenever he pleases because only a moron tells the truth if it might hurt him, especially under oath.
🤦‍♂️

Even if that were true, which it is absolutely not, the media is comprised of tens of millions of people worldwide.
Giving you the benefit of pretending to accept your lie, that makes Trump, all on his little lonesome, as big a liar as tens of millions of people you call monstrous liars combined.

Still unbelievably full of shit and incapable of honesty.

Lol....nationalreview, as a source?!? Too funny, Bob. About as biased as they come. If they applied the same standards to any trump speech it wouldn't say he lies repeatedly, it would say he lies constantly when he's even coherent....but they don't apply the same standards, do they. I bet they repeat Trump's new brother lie, another blatantly false and undeniably racist attack on a politician of color. He can't help himself. What a turd you gleefully follow into the sewer.

China's gamified new system for keeping citizens in line

newtboy says...

I'm not intending to split hairs at all. I think it's an important distinction when in one case the corporations are individual corporations working for their own financial gain, and in the other they are all state sponsored/owned and are all working for a singular state goal of controlling the internet speech and actions of it's citizens.

I don't disagree that the tools were created by the 'west', but the impact of what they are doing is exponentially greater, as it's being done by the government, not an individual company, with real life consequences, not levels of benefits in a rewards plan.

There's little chance of someone not getting a job because they haven't posted enough pro-government (or, for example, pro Apple) statements, posts, tweets, pictures, and links in the west...only if they've posted negative things that might hurt the company image. Here, however, if they aren't pro-china enough, they just won't have enough 'points', and probably will have serious consequences. I think that's where the outrage is coming from, not about the points program itself, but about the way they intend to use it. If your >700 points only got you 5% off at Alibaba, I would not see a big problem, since <700 will likely keep you from a good job, apartment, etc., there is a big problem.
Your examples do not seem to be on topic except for the exploitation of social pressure, which have been exceedingly few and minor in the west compared to this program, which is new in it's scope, design, designers, and intent. The west only wishes it was that good at manipulation.

Asmo said:

I feel like you're splitting hairs to promote a "discussion"...

My point is not blame the corps rather than the Chinese gov. My point is, the confected outrage about this 'disturbing turn of events' in China are ignoring the fact the corporations long since did the same thing, albeit in a far more circumspect fashion, years ago in the west.

This is not a sudden turn of events. How often do you see corps getting laws put in place in the US that actively work against the taxpayers but shelter the corps? Invasive use of personal data? Exploitation of social pressure. The death of privacy?

My point is, China learned what it's doing, no matter who you point the finger at, from the west... We should only be surprised it took them so long...

Mike Tyson vs. Canadian Reporter

newtboy says...

Actually you seemed to be discussing your likely mistaken assumption that the reporter was 'reporting future comments' rather than using proper English to state what a normal detractor might/would say if present. "some of your critics would say". In this context, those words are interchangeable. It's another definition of 'would' not meaning 'will say in the future' but instead meaning 'would be saying right now if they were here and had balls of steel'.
There's little question that his detractors have, do, and will say a well known convicted rapist's endorsement might hurt a candidate's chances, so even if you insist he's reporting on the future, it's not a leap to say 'detractors' will bring up his violent and felonious past as one that makes his endorsement a negative.
Reporters often don't give sources, especially for obvious statements like 'people who don't like you will say bad things about you' (which is also not a prediction of the future, but a statement about the present), you really don't need sources to confirm that kind of statement.

MrFisk said:

First of all, don't tell me what we're discussing: "What we are discussing is the value of mike tyson's endorsement ... ," especially if we're not discussing the same thing.

I criticized the broadcaster -- others criticized Mike Tyson.

In fact, my primary argument was against the broadcaster, and my secondary argument is on the validity of Tyson's rape conviction (I used a different thread and video for that one). Notice the difference?

I criticized the broadcaster's sloppy attempt to predict the future (which is unethical because it's impossible, to say the least) and his lack of sources thereof. What was ridiculous on my part, was my original assumption that future sources could possibly exist!

And I didn't respond to all of your quips because they're not all worthy of response. In your introduction you stated, "I'm utterly unconvinced by your assertion that the public did not think his rape conviction devalued his endorsement. <--[I'm criticizing the broadcaster, you're criticizing your assumption of what I think of Tyson.] Why do you think that? <--[Begs the question.] Because you did? <--[False accusation.] As soon as i understood the story (there's no description) my immediate reaction was, "well if an ear biting rapist ex-boxer endorses you...." How am I supposed to respond to this? I was originally offended by the broadcaster's lack of professionalism regarding his sources, but this thread forced me acknowledge his lack of logic and ability to predict the future. How cool is that?

Worst High Five Ever

Dude in a Ferrari Runs Over Cops Foot

Zero Punctuation: Diablo 3

kceaton1 says...

Torchlight 2 should be interesting considering it'll be released for 20$ on the first day and also have multiplayer.

One thing that might hurt Diablo 3 in the long run is the inability to mod the game, due to the online nature. Unless of course Blizzard allows users to create a non-sanctioned clone version that can run along side it and not allow people to put their items up for trade, but still have to connect, but they can mod to their hearts content.

Modding really could open this game to a much broader and I would say better world of a gaming experience. But, BUT, we have to wait for the big blue names in the sky to make a decision on that.

Unless of course people make modded off-line versions that work... But, Blizzard would probably put a patch on your computer looking for these mods and ban your account if found knowing them... Oh well...

I have faith someone else will get the hack & slash RPG genre going in a good direction eventually; the Torchlight 2 guys have a good chance as they were the ones that did work on Diablo 2. And, now that they have money from the first Torchlight they can broaden their horizons. We'll see. Diablo 3 is still a decent game, but it feels like they held FAR too much back that will inevitably be in the expansion--which is probably almost done (as Diablo 2's expansion was almost already included with the original game; with the art and other resources ON the game disc!).

The dog mouth's was slathered in saliva, it was obvious it saw me as food as it charged at me. So I drew my gun and fired to protect my life, that dog was going to eat me! I shouted clearly No! No! No! but it did not stop.

Owner:
My dog named Mo drools like crazy, and he will come to anyone who calls his name with a big canine smile on his face. I don't know how the officer knew his name or why he shot him after calling him 3 times.

It'd be like shooting a horse dead because it ran at you when you went to it's typical feeding location. I acknowledge there are times when dogs are trained to be rabid and vicious, but treating them all like that and instilling this fear of animals into cops is setting the stage for it to happen more and more and it to be justified under any circumstance.

I mean hell they are shooting dogs that don't even come halfway up to their knees in some circumstances... I mean you have to be some kind of coward to think something non-poisonous and small like that is life threatening. It might hurt you, but you might bump your head getting into your car...but you don't see them shooting the cars.

Great Adam Carolla Rant On OWS

Wow, AC is so bitter. It seems that he's oblivious to the scale of inequity and its exponential growth in recent years. If he would really examine the balance of equality in the "good old days," he would realize that it was much more equitable.

Goods used to be American made and today's globalization has seen manufacturing almost disappear and replaced by outsourcing and child labour. From a purely business standpoint, this makes sense. There is no law against foreign investment, so it's not economical to be patriotic.

And here we are today, with the balance so skewed that it makes sense to pay a few hundred million to buy a senator, republican or a judge. A few years down the road, you'll be paid back by sidestepping that environmental restriction or class-action lawsuit or anything else that might hurt your business.

And if you're an investment banker or bis securities trader, you provide very little to society other than a higher tax rate that you can comfortably afford. But even then, you can weasel your way out of most of that with creative deductions and perfectly legal loopholes. Remember what Warren Buffet said about his cleaning lady? Do you think he was talking out of his ass?
