Videosift is for people to share videos, not for your own videos.
I think that helps a lot in keeping down the spam and commercialization.

That's you in the video--correct? That would be against the rules here. But someone else can submit your videos and I think you would like it around here, so don't take off just yet.

As a gesture you might kill the video before it gets killed. Put a comment on the video that says "*kill" (no quote marks) and the video will no longer be a problem.

I think you might have fun here and I don't want you to get banned because of a misunderstanding. You could always appeal the sentence, but killing the video would remove any problems.
