He needs to re-engineer it so when the information is downloaded it infects the computer it's downloaded into and triggers a location notification that's sent to the police, then put it back.

My preference leans more towards explosives, but that works too. Besides, they would probably notice that half pound of Semtex anyhow.

I've heard these ones only last a limited time and broadcast to someone nearby.

I hope this guy is careful about being followed. He could get dead pretty quickly.

Shouldn't he hand this in to the police? What will airport security say if they find it in your luggage? How do we know that he didn't plant it there himself? being *paranoid

If the gang is smart enough to make such sophisticated skimmers, I'm sure they're smart enough to evade the police.

"Hey kid, here's $10 Euros, go put this on that ATM."

"Hey kid, here's $10 Euros, go get the card skimmer."

"Hey kid, if you finger me, your whole family is going to die."

Cops pick up one kid, there's 100 more willing to take his place.
