yeah. it comes off about as genuine... as the "sir", with which a moderator in a Rep debate, not so long ago, addressed Ron Paul.

in a very interesting exchange, regarding Paul's stance, and Giuliani's reply, on some of the finer points of the US's war on terror. that's how hollow it rings, for me.
