Very, very good explanation of the wall and the oppression in Berlin after WWII. I've been pondering recently why the German people, and specifically Berlin, are such world-leading bastions of liberal and progressive ideas and this is part of the reason.

The German people know what it is like to be both the oppressor and the acutely oppressed, so they seek to reduce that suffering wherever it is found, helping other nations' citizens seeking solace from the horrors of war.

It also highlights the folly of walls, and those who would seek to build them.

The thing is, people still believe that Obama is the Antichrist and that he is destroying America. On one hand, I don't understand at all where that sentiment comes from as he obviously has done a great deal of good in his time in office. On the other hand Faux News and their surrogates (like Winstonfield, BobKnight33, etc.) have been having a histrionic shitfit over nothing for 8 years. They're not interested in facts, but in making people 'feel' like Obama is hurting them. It was like this even before Obama was elected with the Birther and ObamaMuslim movement. Feels before reals for the right, remember.

And on the third hand, I'm Canadian and Obama personally came by my house the other day to give me the guns he took from you so... Thanks, Obama!

It's a bit 'unfair' in that it seeks to trick people using the different number of images and then Order of Operations, but I think it's still a fun little puzzle.

As for the 'logical'-ness of assuming 2 of something equals 2 x 1 of something I think it's pretty logical; however, the image does force you to make the assumption that the image representing 2 horseshoes is logically related to the image representing one horseshoe. It's perfectly logical to assume they're not 2 totally unrelated images and yet they still 'could' be.

I think he didn't make the child cry but the child did begin to cry and then he helped walk the child through and make sense of the experience.

I believe this is his full-time jam now. He hasn't monetize the YT videos but he has a Patreon page (https://www.patreon.com/user?u=2945881, which could probably do with being linked in the description here) that says he gets $3,773 for each video he makes. If he makes one a month that's a decent living. It's at least probably enough to support him with food and housing, and if living in the wilderness and building things with bark and mud is what he spends his money on, well, he's golden.
