Trump is a rapist.

https://www.reuters.com/legal/trump-cannot-challenge-writers-rape-claim-defamation-trial-judge-rules-2024-01-08/

No…really, truly, legally, and factually, not hyperbolically. Not as a fantasy of some nutjob shouting it disrespectfully, but in reality.
Trump forcibly rapes women….and probably little girls too but definitely multiple women. There are a minimum of 26 accusers that weren’t silenced by the (now illegal) NDAs he typically used to silence victims.
You know it’s true. He already paid $5 million for lying about it, and is about to go to trial again for lying about it and may have to pay 20 times that much since he proved conclusively that $5 million wasn’t enough to stop him.

Colorado Supreme Court Declares Trump Ineligible For Office

You must prevent treasonous dictatorships to preserve democracy. -section 3 amendment 14 United States Constitution

You are becoming obese from eating all those nothing 🍔 🍔 🍔 🍔

Don’t forget, Trump said Ted Cruz should be disqualified from the ballot in 2016. Clinton too. He has no qualms about banning people from the ballot so long as they aren’t named Trump.
Also don’t forget this case was brought by Republicans, not Democrats @bobknight33

PS- still going to disgraced child rapist and Epstein friend and defender Dershowitz!? 🤦‍♂️ he says the 14th amendment doesn’t cover the president (arguments during its writing over the wording prove otherwise conclusively) and now that it only covered one insurrection (the civil war) and that any subsequent insurrections must get a new amendment to be illegal. Both arguments are utter nonsense, have zero basis in law, and are contradicted by the minutes of the sessions in congress when the amendment was written where there spelled out clearly why the wording includes the president and any insurrection. Jesus Christ bob, you just love grasping at rotten straws don’t you?

Nicely the Colorado court included that in their decision, so the originalist justices have a choice, follow what the writers said clearly was the intent and wording of the law, or toss out the constitution and protect Trump again, ending any semblance of legitimacy for this court.

Side note- Texas Republicans, led by the Lt Governor, are already threatening to remove Biden from the Texas ballot for spite. Clearly the right has no problem with removing candidates for no reason at all…only with removing their cult leader for a legitimate constitutional cause.

You know the new MAGA slogan, right?

“Day One Dictator!”

I think you do considering how many times you used the phrase “day one” in your post (now erased) where you didn’t understand the concept of a prima facie case.

Yes, this is what they chant at MAGA rallies now. This is the phrase that gets the crowd excited, cheering and waiving their arms in jubilation at the idea of making America a dictatorship where the Trumps are the undisputed dictators for eternity.
And you see nothing wrong with that….because laws, civility, freedoms, you don’t care one bit about any of these unless they’re helping you be a nasty little shit stirrer, then you think they’re a great cudgel (look it up).

Trumps new favorite quote is “they’re poisoning the blood of our country”, a racist fascist quote direct from his hero and absolute favorite writer, Adolf Hitler.

Still waiting to know if you understand the concept of summary judgement based on a prima facie case yet. It’s a simple concept, but has so far eluded your comprehension. Did dumbing it down for you help?

Woohoo! The courts just ruled that Mark Meadows, and by extension all Trump officials including Trump, cannot move their state cases to federal court using the supremacy clause because 1) he is not a current federal employee and 2) his actions were not within the scope of his office but were campaign activities (and another Hatch act violation) so not covered by the law anyway. Another total loss in court, this one far reaching for all Trumpist defendants hoping to escape the charges.

The fourth major insurance company (Farmers) is leaving Florida, with 6 medium sized companies going under in the state in the last year…all because of that non existent global warming that isn’t happening and the costs that therefore aren’t involved. Many others have stopped selling new policies.
DeSantis blames wokeness….so I guess capitalism is woke now. Enjoy being a communist. The biggest insurance company in the state are now the socialist government policy writers. 😂
Good thing it’s all a hoax…you can buy cheap uninsurable oceanfront land and retire. Go all in, it’s the only way to invest.

Meanwhile ocean temperatures right before hurricane season are in the mid 90’s…but that won’t cause more hurricanes or sargassum because it’s not real…hoax hoax hoax! 🤦‍♂️

Even a socialist see that the Trump indictment is BS

newtboy says...

7 more federal charges related to the theft and refusal to return top secret classified secret documents, some of which have yet to be turned over like the report on Iranian nuclear programs he talked about having on tape in 2021. 😂

Make that 38 federal charges. 😂 😂 😂

😂 On tape-Trump in summer 21 when showing writers and aids (none with security clearance) classified material- "As president, I could have declassified, but now I can't,"

Also today in the indictment were some photos of the boxes of top secret classified documents kept on a stage in a ballroom at Maralago WHILE THE BALLROOM WAS STILL BEING RENTED OUT FOR EVENTS, so 100% open and accessible to the public.

More to come. 😂

Thoughts and Prayers - A Randy Rainbow Song Parody

I'm no different from everyone on earth. If I'm a Creator, then everyone has the same right to be a Creator.

See, although I'm a Christian - which I define as agreeing and following Jesus' vision and work. All those non-scientific Old Testament, New Testament resurrection, Heaven & Hell, post-death promises stuff I leave it as Faith. I don't classify a baptised church-goer as Christian.... CIt's stupid taking in the Bible in strict literal sense. So many contradictions, the truth is the Bible was oral history passed down to generations of ancient writers, made inconsistent by translations and interpretations and other cultural & historical factors. A sensible person that can think criticially need to understand the backgrounds and intent. Don't be lazy and don't buy wholly into words coming out of pastors' mouths. You have people with lots of personal, ulterior motives to call themselves Christians. I don't buy any of those crap... nor care for any association with those people. Again, gotta pass the smell test.

I’m guessing the writer is either an older brother or only child, because that’s just not how abusive older brothers act. I know, I had one. This fictional older brother is a saint by comparison.

Lol. You wish.
Too bad you already (privately) complimented me on how well I write, research, and how intelligent my arguments are, saying I should be a professional writer.
You can’t say I returned the compliments.
Go cry to mommy, little boy. You embarrass yourself with this projection.

Will Smith smacks Chris Rock on stage at Oscars Uncensored

newtboy says...

Perhaps some naive writer could have thought that….but what about Chris and Will? Certainly they would both know better.

cloudballoon said:

It's not far-fetched to believe that the Oscars PR guys/scriptwriters hold dear to the "any press is good press" myth. "Ratings desperation" makes any idea seems like a good idea to those bozos.
