I scoured hard, but I can't find it. I did find a couple of people that nailed it pretty well:

I can't find a video of it, but I saw someone destroy the big balls once. One single jump to each ball, simply bouncing to the end. They put in Mario jumping sound effects to accompany it. The contestant was allegedly a big video game player.

If you want fun ang giggles, hidden and wacky (WHACKy? lol) is where it's at. The first time I saw this show, the punching wall was consistently the funniest obstacle.

Funny, but that last obstacle really pisses me off. I love the show, but they really need to cut out the stupid hidden obstacles. Make it about skill, not "gotcha, dumbass!"

We're just copying them. This looks like a knockoff of the Japanese game show called Takeshi's Castle which was re-broadcast in the states as MXC (Most Extreme Elimination Challenge).

However, the rest of the clip's worth a look, too. Especially at the 2:15 mark.
