Fascinating. Although, it still looks red to me.
We can figure out the elemental composition of distant stars based on the light they give off. Surely we can figure the balloon thing out. (I know, I know, don't call you "Shirley")
I say it has something to do with the product, the water vapor, mixing with the as yet unreacted gasses.

I liked the grin in the English language version, but if I'd been able to find the original I probably wouldn't have bothered posting it (I searched on Novosibirsk and a few other things that weren't in the tags, and missed it).

I don't know why they don't just spin molten tin and pour glass to float over it. Then pour molten tin on top while still spinning to cover the top curve. That's sort of how they make flat glass at window factories. Then silver it with vapor deposition.

Just a theory here: look at 0:42 and how the tanks are connected together at the bottom with a crossover, then the fuel line goes UP to a fuel filter. Depending on how each of those two separate tanks are venting if you keep a hard left bank like that it will starve the engine when your gas is trying to dump into the left tank to find level. Combined with the air in that filter you'd lean out or quit pretty fast. Vapor lock.

May I suggest the roof.

You may, but there is no roof access. PLUS the entire property is non smoking [one is relegated to go down by the lake or up by the street ... both city property]. There is a $185.00 fine and the possibility of eviction if caught.
